Our Service Agreements

Premier Service Agreement

The Premier Service Agreement guarantees telephone response within two hours and an on-site response within 48 hours.  The Premier Agreement provides for two PM visits per year and an unlimited number of emergency visits.

Select Service Agreement

The Select Service Agreement guarantees telephone response within two hours and an on-site response within 48 hours.  This also includes two PM visits and one emergency visit per year.

Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement

The Preventive Maintenance Agreement covers all travel expenses, travel time and labor for the number of PM visits listed in the agreement.  Services provided include checkout, inspection, alignment and repair up to 6 hours maximum per visit.


Additional Options

CE Support - CE Support offers 24hr/365 days/yr phone support.  This provides for a maximum of one hour phone response and unlimited phone support in emergency situations.  This is extremely valuable to customers with 24 hour operations and no backup instrumentation

CE Remote - CE Remote provides for remote access to your spectrometer and software by a qualified service representative for remote software and hardware diagnostics.

95% Guaranteed Uptime - Premier Service Customers are guaranteed a minimum of 95% availability of their spectrometer. CEC has confidence in its engineer's ability to keep your spectrometer operating at peak efficiency. We back this up with our uptime guarantee.

Spectrometer Upgrades - CEC offers a variety of spectrometer upgrades. Whether a line addition for an optical emission unit, a solid state source unit for an XRF or XRD or an electronic upgrade, CEC is ready to meet your upgrade requirements.

Personalized Response - CEC is dedicated to meeting your response requirements. CEC not only provides a main office number to log in your support requirements but provides its customers with the cell phone number of each of its engineers and support staff to provide rapid response and ease of mind.

Website Access - In our attempt to continually provide more information and access to our customers we have recently established a website for your convenience. Although this site is still in development, please log on and watch it grow over the next few months.
